I’m a licensed hairstylist with 6 years behind the chair and a licensed cosmetology educator. When my passion for the beauty industry started: Growing up, I loved watching my mom do her makeup— she made it look so effortless. As a competitive cheerleader, I was surrounded by big curls, glittery makeup, and the excitement of getting “performance ready,” which fueled my love for all things beauty. I spent my free time watching hair and makeup tutorials and practicing on myself and my little sister. Those early memories are what inspired me to choose this career, and they continue to remind me why I love what I do. Education: I spent a year and a half after school assisting a highly talented stylist and salon owner, gaining advanced, hands-on experience that helped shape me into the stylist I am today.
